I led the creative team to launch a new studio suite project development calling FLEXUS @ Jalan Kuching
"YOUR SPACE YOU LIFE" is the tagline for this project to target young consumer. Developer launching different types of the studio concepts. By proposing idea with the modern hipster look and feel to attract the young consumer who will like to have their private space.

By using hipster classy design on the brochure to target young consumer. Flip cut on the brochure is to show different consumer can have their belonging space for their private life.
