SUMMARY
I lead the team to drive awareness for OCR Property launch 4 units luxury bungalows at Damansara Jaya, PJ


Each unit of bangalow costs RM4.5ml. We decide to speak to specific target audience because of the high price and limited units sold. We also wanted to break away from the ordinary, conventional way of property advertising to ensure we stand out instead of selling building up-front. We turn the idea and focus on each USP (Unique Selling Proposition) primary, executed through the message, language and tone & manner designed for the audience.



BROCHURE
In order to attract customers. We use more creative way to introduce our properties. We turned the entire brochure into a card and keep it in a luxury box.

POSM (Point of Sale Materials)
One of the Selling Point for the propeties is the large spacious of the wardrobes. Using the lamp pole as a material and hanging the card shape clothes to show the spacious of the wardrobes and using the gold key design usb as a door gift to let customer feel at home.
