SUMMARY


I lead the team to drive awareness for OCR Property launch 4 units luxury bungalows at Damansara Jaya, PJ
Each unit of bangalow costs RM4.5ml. We decide to speak to specific target audience because of the high price and limited units sold. We also wanted to break away from the ordinary, conventional way of property advertising to ensure we stand out instead of selling building up-front. We turn the idea and focus on each USP (Unique Selling Proposition) primary, executed through the message, language and tone & manner designed for the audience.
INTERACTIVE PRINT AD
Consumer can scan the QR Code and place their smartphone on the top of the print ad. The phone screen will automatical play the video to demostrate show house of the exterior & interior on the bungalo and the dream house is in your hands.

BROCHURE
The brochure with the logo collage to show the classy strong branding idea. Combination with dark blue and silver represent the luxury look and feel on the brochure.
