EXABYTES "ONLINELAH TAUKE" TVC
SUMMARY
I led the creative team through the launch of Exabytes TVC projrct. This project involves everything from art direction,
design, and advertising.
With more than 2 billion existing internet users worldwide. Exabytes Network, Malaysia No.1 Web Hosting provider saw the opportunity in helping SMEs to establish their business online which can help to save up a huge significant cost in a business set up, branding, and marketing including business operation by setting up an online presence.
A catchy campaign phrase line "OnlinelahTauke" was created as an umbrella communication in the campaign to stress the importance of business online and at the same time delivers the ideas that everyone can be tauke. We wanted to realize everybody's dream to become a boss one day and make it come true with Exabytes, all by telling the message "It's so easy to be tauke! Just take your business online."
EVERYONE CAN BE A TAUKE BOSS TVC
For the first direction, I intend to let people know why we address using "Tauke". In Malaysia, "Tauke" is a term that comes from Hokkien means boss, and people address you in "Tauke" doesn't mean you are boss because they seek you as a consumer in their shop. To let the people who want to be an entrepreneur with a low investment cost. Exabytes will help you put your product online even you are the bean sprouts seller.
PLUMBER GET SALES TVC
For the second direction, our idea is to bring traditional business online like the plumber business. It is hard to find a plumber when there has an emergency circumstance. If we can search all the traditional business online with just a click. It will help the customer to find them easily and in a meantime will help enterpriser to generate awareness.
